Feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure how to move forward?
Do you have questions like “How do I move forward?”, “Why can’t I get unstuck?”, or “Why do I feel unfulfilled even when I know what matters to me?” These and other situations and thoughts can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, and far from living the life you want.
I support people in finding their own answers to these questions. While I don’t hold formal qualifications labelled “coaching,” I am experienced and qualified in the two main modalities for coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I bring developed skills, insight, and practical techniques to help you work with what gets in your way — the internal barriers, emotional patterns, and self-sabotage that can quietly derail your aspirations.
My work focuses on emotions, particularly those that feel stuck, overwhelming, or avoided. When emotional patterns are blocking your ability to move toward what you want, I can help you identify them, understand them, work with them, and begin moving forward in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
